Process took about 1 week, and interview was about 45mins. Simple, easy, even a monkey can get hired. Called for a phone interview and then request for a onsite interview. Onsite interview was panel interview and with my background in communication I can nailed them with lies. Hate to admit but most staff don't have there teaching license.
