SADA Project Manager interview questions

- 15-min recruiter phone screen - 30-min interview with hiring manager Mostly behavioral and situational questions. The hiring manager did not seem very engaged during the interview process and I received a rejection from the recruiter right after the interview mentioning that they were looking for someone more senior.

Was referred by a former coworker. Had a phone screen with a recruiter, who set me up with a video interview with the head of project management. I thought the interview went well. They even said to me at the end of the interview that they were recommending I move on to next steps with the company. A week later I got a short email that said they were not considering me. Overall what a letdown.
