Interview
Fairly simple. Japanese company, so you must understand Japanese business culture. Interviewed by the supervisor first, then VP of HR (expat). Emphasis is on making sure that the knowledge base was more of a generalsit and not a specalist.

Question 1
How do you handle multiple requests at the same time? What takes priority?
The interview process was really nice, the hiring manager I met with the first time asked casual questions to kick things off and then had me speak with a few different employees about their experiences

Interview
The interview went horrible. The Manager at Servo department wasn't clearly prepared for the interview. Each question were based on asking to know if I knew what kind of products does Sanyo manufactures and what its used for. They didn't asked me about my skills on inside sales
