There was no interview. Employment was in a first come first serve basis. If you showed up to the orientation, you would be given hours the following week. This led to a very unproductive workplace.

Question 1
The orientation required you to tell your work/ retail experience. Whether or not you had retail experience or leadership experience was whether or not you would get a leadership role.

Super fast and easy interview. Applied Monday night and got an interview a couple days later. Interview was about half an hour and paperwork was done online. Documents and background checks were completed next day and by the second Monday I got an email to expect information on my start date.

Quick on phone with little questions about qualifications. Wanted to know when I could start and offered lowest pay first. Declined offer. Interviewer was not concerned about if job was an actual good fit.
Everything is done via email or text message. You’re never going to step foot into an actual office. I honestly thought it was a scam at first. It was super simple again seem like a scam, but there are too many chiefs in not enough Indians if you get my drift.
