My communications was strictly via email and a couple of phone conversations. They started by asking me to describe my 'ideal job'. I spent the next hour describing that position and answering their questions about my background. I sold them in 50 minutes as they called me back that afternoon with a full offer. I accepted with a couple of changes and started work the next week.
