Great process in general and great team to support, very hands on approach. Very straightforward, friendly and pushing you forward. I personally had a great experience there and during the interview and all was well sorted afterwards too.

Interview
Good process, presentation and questions. Good time length. People seemed nice and the explanation of the job was thorough. Expectations were set out for the role and content of the course.

Interview
Shockingly unprofessional. I applied for the role and was contacted shortly afterwards and asked to set up a telephone interview. The person who was supposed to call me messaged me on indeed 10 minutes later than the interview time advising they were not able to call as they had been caught in a meeting. I replied immediately to ask for alternative interview times and was completely ignored. I messaged again the next day and was ignored once more. I tried emailing through the company website and never received a reply. I even left a voicemail on the company telephone number asking someone to call me back. Very rude to not get back to someone even if the position has already been filled... especially during this difficult time when so many are already struggling to find work. Please learn to be more professional and honest with those taking time out of their lives to apply to work for you. Disgusting.
