If you're being considered as a candidate, you will receive an assessment. They review your assessment and determine if you are qualified for the position. After that, they will invite you in for an interview to determine if you're a good fit for the team and its culture.

Talk about a time when you disagreed with someone or worked with a bad coworker/teammate.
Interviewers were very friendly and they were genuinely interested in the person. There were three interviewers but it was not intimidating at all. As soon as I started the conversation I felt right at home.
