I was interviewed by the departments manager and human resources. I was asked a few questions about my work history and why I want to work there. I was then sent to take a drug test then hired. Pretty simple. Dress to impress.

Interview
Had phone interview followed by face to face a day or so later with management. I was also given a tour. Received a call with an offer the next day that I declined due to pay was low. I was called back again and given another offer that I accepted.

It was more so what I have done or was capable of doing. I came from health care which this was not but it was common sense only problem was my trainer was disgruntled which is why I chose to end my employment due to hostile working environment.
