Interview
They have the first interview over the phone and will offer to fly you out for the second interview. Its a 2 to 3 day process where they keep you up with presentations and group projects the first night and make you get up early the next day to go to the field. They continuously write notes on everything you are doing to see how you react in all situations. After the field trip, you have an exit interview to see what location and position you want.
