I got connected via LinkedIn and had a HR Round and then a round scheduled immediately with the hiring manager. Process was quick however I would think that after two round of interview even a generic rejection email would be sent especially when you are applying for a position where one of the responsibilities would be to improve "Candidate Experience." It seems like this is a common practice by them. If I took this last piece out it would have probably gotten a thumbs up. I just feel like going silent after two detailed rounds is very unprofessional. I even followed up and got no response which preempted me to write this review.
