I interviewed at SPREZZATURA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
Interview
Interview process was simple with three 30 minute interviews. Each interview was conversational, not complicated. Everyone was new to the company. I received and accepted an offer. There was no wiggle room for negotiation. I did all the onboarding paperwork, but then the offer was rescinded the Friday before I was scheduled to start claiming DOGE cuts effected budgeting. Fast forward to a month later, the role has been reposted on LinkedIn.

Interview
I was contacted by someone at the company for a position. I went through the basic steps and was told my resume was submitted to the client. I didn't hear back from the person who submitted my resume, so I sent a follow up email the following week. Still didn't hear anything. A few days later I received an email from a different person at the company about the SAME position. They clearly don't communicate with each other internally, because the second person should have known that I was already submitted by the first person. I followed up yet again with the first person to get a status update, but they still have not responded to me. How hard is it to provide a status update? The refusal to communicate with a candidate with whom they initiated contact is baffling. It shows a complete lack of professionalism.
This company is a joke, and not a true consulting firm at all. If this experience is any indication of how the rest of the business is run, then I've certainly dodged a bullet.
