They are more interested in the game than getting any honest answers. Junior HR person pretends to be your pal. False authenticity. Even asked the "so how did you think you did" question at the end. His boss was very tough, made me not want to work there if that is how they treat people. Skills test consisted of churning out four writing formats in 40 minutes -- a press release, a PowerPoint, a letter and a news pitch (does anyone use a written pitch anymore?).. That's ten minutes a document, not counting having to read background material, good luck.Very false, game playing, rather than getting to talk about their business issues.
