I applied through online and got phone interview within a week. the interview last 20 mins long. they questioned about my past working experience and the reason why I wanted to join the company. then there was a situation test, were 4 questions in total. the final interview last 2-3 hours.

Interview
Thorough and smooth. There were 3 parts to the entire interview process. First an online questionnaire, then a 30-minute phone interview, then a 2-hour in-person interview which included an online questionnaire/skill-testing section, then an elaborate in-person interview that lasted about an hour to an hour and a half.
