The entire recruitment process was highly organized. There was a series of interviews that took place, and each progressed naturally, with utmost professionalism.
I learnt more about the organization, its work and culture in each proceeding interview, that had a precise theme and purpose attached to it.
The warm culture of the organization is reflected in the manner with which each member of To Increase has interacted with me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process.

Interview
I found the interview process to be quite simple, straightforward and fuss-free. It started with a telephonic round by the talent team, followed by an assignment that needed to be submitted within 5 working days. Then followed a 2-hour strenuous interview with the Content Manager a week later. Next was the culture-fit round with the company's CMO, followed by the final HR round a few days later. Overall, it took a little over 3 weeks. The HR was friendly and accommodating throughout, keeping my schedule and preferences in mind while conducting the interviews. A good experience.
