STEM From Dance interview questions

It was way too long and felt like a hoops and hurdle situation for low pay. There was a phone screen, then a video interview where you were talking to yourself on camera literally answering the same questions that were asked in the phone screen. This was incredibly awkward and off putting particularly since most of the questions were already asked before. Then there was an assessment which I don't think was paid. I know there was the panel interview and I'm not sure if references were asked, but all of this for a position that pays entry level was just ridiculous.

Fine, the technical interview isn't challenging - but reflects the work you will do. The interview process isn't too long either. However, it doesn't reflect the odds and ends of the job
