I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Saddle Ranch Chop House (Glendale, AZ) in Sept 2016
Interview
Well I walked in for an open interview , didn't have my resume on hand so I was told to go print it out and return. Once doing so I stood at the front for about 30 secs before being greeted. A server asked if I wanted water I told her yes so between the time of her getting the water one of the managers walked up to and greeted me very nicely. She had asked for me to go sit at a certain booth and wait. I waited about 10 mins and was greeted by a gentleman. The interview went very smoothly with him, we were laughing and getting to the basic points of the job. Asked if I had any questions and told me to wait again. I waited for about 5 mins and the first manager who greeted me walked up. Her interview was a little more straight forward, and on the spot. But over all was a great experience.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Saddle Ranch Chop House (West Hollywood, CA)
Interview
I went into an open interview and sat and waited for about and hour and a half. They asked me about past experience and what my worst quality was. After I answered, the male GM went to ask a fellow manager to do an immediate second interview. He literally asked my name and where I was from and then told me I had the job. However, I was talking to a young man who was interviewing and he was on his 5th interview and never got the job.
