The interview was pretty informal which was fine. It seemed like they were explaining a project more than interviewing me. My second interview was a bit confusing ( I was called back into the building from the parking lot after I thought the interview was over because HR didn't communicate sufficiently to other departments their plans for my interview that day). After my last interview step, HR said they would call me back that same day with either an offer or notice of rejection. I thought I didn't get the job because they didn't call me back that day!! It was very confusing and seemed unprofessional.
