I interviewed at Safe Haven Security (Sacramento Valley)
Interview
Was reached out through a hiring rep through indeed, from there we scheduled an in person interview. From there I had to drive to the location of their office for the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Safe Haven Security (Pensacola, FL)
Interview
Informative and conversational. The interview process started out normal with introduction and the interviewer went right into his presentation. I think getting to the interview process was a step that they weighed heavily for candidates, in my opinion. Since the interview was more informative. Was notified that they are “picky”, but I am not certain of that without being judgmental.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Safe Haven Security
Interview
I was given an interview time and confirmation. I was stood up for the interview when the scheduler made a mistake. I showed my confirmation and asked for a reschedule, but they were too disorganized or uncivilized to even respond. Furthermore, I was later given a rejection letter from the scheduler who said "I'm sure you'll make a great employee for someone". What a joke!!
My advice to management: At least PRETEND that you RESPECT your interviewees's time as much as your own. Believe it or not, you also are being interviewed, and you just got dumped.
