Interview
The process entailed written tasks related to governance and peacebuilding in the Kenyan context, as well as budgeting and budget forecasting followed by in-person interviews. The feedback sessions between the written and oral interviews were prompt. The process took about two weeks before I received an offer letter. I was satisfied with the process.
