There were 2 stages to the interview. First a telephone interview with a lovely lady and then an in person interview with a manager. The interviewers were very friendly and welcoming. They are also transparent about the interview process and preparation you are required to do. My telephone interviewer spent around minutes to go through the process and what to do which was really helpful!

Good and fast process with very nice interviewer. General interview questions followed by a role play situation with a hypothetical client asking about the services. Very chilled out tho and nothing to stress about
Good and casual. Standard customer service questions with some questions around specific skills and job description.
Was interview by a regional manager and a store manager and then forwarded to training to the training store.
