Phone interview. Took less then 5 minutes to interview me and I was called 3 days later and offered the position which I took and later resigned. Over all good company with not enough employees. Customer Service needs someone and so does DELI, never anyone there either. So you have to deal with agitated shoppers.

Well you arrive and sit down and wait and then they call you for interview . You go in and interview. They ask questions. You answer questions. Then it’s over.

Interview
interview was very quick and straightforward. There were no problems and i enjoyed it very much. I was asked very general questions about my experience, ability, work habits. Its for a simple job, so simple questions and concise.
