I applied online for a Starbucks Barista position at Safeway. They called me a few days later and asked me to come in for an interview later that day. I had the interview. It lasted about 10-15 minutes. They told me they'd call me to tell me if I got the job. A couple hours later I got a call back with a job offer.

Simple and straightforward with the usual questions they ask in an int er view. It was a fun job but stressful but mainly fun. Depends on your manager typically. Mine was fine

Pretty good, the manager makes you wait a little to test your patience but otherwise they ask you basic questions on your experience, though I was lucky enough to get a position on courtesy server.
