Call interview,based on the field of invention you will be working for , example if realted to electronics field you should have sound knowledge of basic components and terminologies.and should prepare for hr questions like hobbies , strength and weaknesses,and puzzles.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sagacious Research
Interview
2 rounds in interview. Both the rounds were arranged as a telephonic interview. In first round. I was asked about basic procedure we followed in my previous company and technical questions. In the second round, there was a brief discussion with manager about the concerned topics extracted from the first interview.
