Interview
The interviewee demonstrated very limited knowledge of electronics and focused heavily on asking highly specific company-related technical questions. Rather than evaluating problem-solving ability or logical thinking, the interviewee seemed to expect immediate memorized answers instead of understanding how candidates would approach and solve unfamiliar problems.
Interview with the head of the department and the main project manager whom you will be working if you get the job afterwards. The interview was conducted in a very relaxing pace, with both interviewers being very patient in listening to the candidate. Further follow-up questions will be asked after each main question. Overall, a very enjoyable conversation.
