The interview felt rushed and dismissive. The hiring manager showed limited engagement, asked overly basic questions for a mid/senior-level role, and ended the interview much earlier than scheduled. A rejection was sent almost immediately afterward, giving the impression that the decision had already been made before the interview. Overall, the experience did not reflect a respectful or well-structured hiring process.
