I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SailPoint Technologies in Sept 2017
Interview
I applied to a job through LinkedIn. The recruiter contacted me for an initial phone screen. Then he set me up with a phone screen with the hiring manager. The hiring manager told me they were looking for people with 20+ years of experience, not my paltry 12 with an MBA. (This wasn't posted in the job ad. And this wasn't a senior role). The hiring manager also said I would be perfect for an entry-level role at their company. Frankly, I was very insulted by the condescending conversation and was surprised by all the high ratings on Glassdoor.

Interview
They have a lengthy interview process and require you to go onsite for inperson interviews. Recruiting is slow to give updates and there are many people involved in the process which can cause confusion on who to reach out to.

Interview process was very positive. Opportunity to meet with variety of team members to better understand team dynamics. Meetings with mgmt, peers, and subordinates. Good questions and discussion. Nothing silly or artificial.
