Interview
The interview was quick, couple questions and then asked for proof of identity. Lasted about an hour, then a tour of the store. It was a group tour of around four of us, showed us all the exit signs, where to go to clock in etc.
Application online, then invited for an in-person interview on an external premises (shop was still under construction at the time) Roughly took around 15 minutes and asked various questions regarding customer service ability, knowledge of the stores and experience.

Very calm and easy going , more of a get to know you interview. Few questions about experience regarding food and cleaning. One on one interview. Fairly easy. Overall a positive experience at the interview itself.
