Very easy online test, telephone interview and then a walk around the store looking at the counter and the store pointing out good and bad parts with a manager. Interview process was good for young people. Well put together and detailed enough to give you the right info without overwhelming. The process was 2 stage when I did it.

the interview was Formal with the managers . it was one to one . and Not everyone got the job. i studied for the interview and got the job . i dressed smart
Interview process was very quick and smooth sailing, I was shown round the shop and then brought to a board room and spoke to 2 members of staff. I was interviewed once, and I ran a few days after with an offer from the manager.
