I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
Quick chat with hiring manager as they're so tight on staff they just needed drivers. I was asked about availability and my flexibility. Shifts aren't fixed and can be given to you quite late notice.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s (Bristol, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
Good process was fairly easy. Answered three questions and then just checked over my details. Mostly basic questions about myself and why I wanted to work at Sainsbury’s. Checked my driving license and did an assessment.
Short 30 minute interview ( More like an informal chat ). Basic competency questions. Best to think of a few examples of when you went above and beyond or provided excellent customer service.

Interview
Very basic, pretty straight forward asking competency based questions as all jobs will. Felt it went well basically asking about customer service and specific questions on this like describe a time you had to correct an error and what did you do to make the customer happy.
