I interviewed with the two managers of the concerned divisions and a HR assistant. After a 1h presentation of their activities, I did the interview than lasted roughly 30 mins. Both technical and motivational questions.

They sketched a distillation column and asked me to place controllers on the lines. It was a bit challenging as they wanted to see the reasoning process rather than the outcome.
