This was the most efficient interview process I've experienced in 10 years. Shortly after applying for the job, I received an email from the HR manager in the U.K. for a phone screen. From there, I was passed along to the hiring manager in the U.S. who conducted a phone interview. The final step was an in-person interview which consisted of meeting three different team members and lasted about 90 minutes (total). I also submitted writing samples and a portfolio of my work/projects. They called two days after the in-person interview to make an offer and I received the offer letter shortly after that. Everyone involved was very responsive to communication throughout the entire process.
