I applied for the position through Indeed so it was very easy to upload my resume and fill out the few extra application questions. I quickly received confirmation that my application was received. Within about a week I got a call to set up a phone interview, This was very helpful to not waste too much time on introduction and exploratory questions. Once it was a good fit I had an in person interview and did another on a teams video. I appreciated having immediate contact with the HR department to ask all the nitty gritty questions.
