Its a typical municipal process, apply, and interview(s) with set questions. I applied for the same position twice, made it to the final interview once got the usual rejection letter, but second time around they didn't even interview me came back that they had numerous applications, unlikely if they had to re-list the position. Additionally even though the position is Computer Operator it is geared toward more being a help desk type position, and they asked a lot of network troubleshooting questions, if they want a network tech they should change the title and description.
