It was very easy going. I was referred by another employee. The process of being hired was very quick. I was working the following week. They were in need of help.

Interview
l had two interviews for a server position. After the initial phone conversation, l met with someone who was BOASTING how he helped the create this company, weird explanations for simple questions. In the end, as someone who had a hospitality experience, l couldn't get the job. No explanation, nothing. Looks like the company hires people who have the same "look". Wishing this company to understand "diversity" and diversify its stores with different people. Not to hire same looking people - this is San Francisco god's sake !
