The interview process was pretty straightforward and leaned heavily on behavioral questions with a few industry and role-specific questions to assess knowledge about public sector. There was a take home assignment that I felt gave me room to demonstrate my competencies. However, what stood out the most was how awesome the recruiter (Jess Guenette) and hiring manager (Elizabeth Vather) were throughout the process. They were supportive, transparent, and extremely communicative and it was definitely one of the most efficient and enjoyable processes that I've ever gone through with a company. I withdraw right before the last stage of the process due to the timing of a conflicting offer but I can say with confidence that this was easily one of the best recruiting experiences I have had. Jess was a real advocate for me as a candidate, Elizabeth was kind and thorough in our conversations, and all the other folks I interviewed with were energetic, sharp, and so patient with my many questions.
