The interview process was coordinated very well and right from the exploratory call from the recruiter to ensuring that I was well informed at every stage of the interview process.
The recruitment team especially ensured that my skills and experience were relevant to the project before even I was taken forward for technical discussions which further helped me getting the right match for my skillset.

Question 1
The questions were more of a two-way interactive discussion perfectly linking my career graph with the project scope of the role I was being interviewed for. I was really impressed with the technical depth understanding of the interviewers. The interview discussions were highly engaging and at no point I felt that I am just another candidate for the role.

Offer approval and salary negotiation took 3 weeks. HR kept negotiating for long time without closing on offer.
