San Benito County, California interview questions

Two rounds in person. First round is informal they just want to know you to see if you fit in. 5 people on the panel asking some of the goofiest questions to weed out candidates. No question about job knowledge but rather useless question to waste time. There was only a vacancy since an appraiser retired. It was a waste of time and I wish I hadn't gone. The people were really nice which is what made the whole process enjoyable but otherwise this really isn't a place you want to end up at.
