The interview process consisted of two rounds, both of which were standard and focused on understanding my previous experience and relevant knowledge for the position. Because the role required proficiency in both English and Spanish, a portion of the first interview was conducted entirely in Spanish, using typical interview questions to assess my communication skills in that language.
The second interview was slightly more in-depth and provided a clearer picture of the day-to-day responsibilities and expectations of the role. Overall, the process was straightforward and designed to evaluate both my background and my ability to perform in a bilingual environment.
