During the interview process, there were two interviewers in the room alongside me. One asked the questions and one took notes on my answers. The questions were behavioral questions only, and no technical questions were asked. It was not a formal interview, and was called something else. It was not for a specific position.

Interview
Very basic questions that you would expect from one hundred miles away from a business internship. They asked about products, stakeholders, and individual experiences with projects or past work. They were very kind and made the interview process much less stressful.
There was one behavioral interview in the fall around October, and then after that there was a hiring manager interview which was more of a conversation. The hiring manager interview happened after I got an offer and was around the Spring
The interview process was informal, and the interviewers were nice. The interview was conducted over Microsoft Teams and lasted about 30 minutes. I was given the option to select my interview time slot.
