I gave interview for front-end developer and cleared it. The HR asked for salary slips to me and without even having discussion salary expectations she generated an offer which would have been only 10% more than what i was already earning. I had an offer from another company so the lady prepared and equivalent offer (only 100Rs more) and which was not very clear also. On asking questions about the offer she denied explanations and was quite rude. The office is small and you would be interacting with such people everyday so think before joining
