Interview
I had a referral from one of the Wood Wyant top managers. The interview was led by his subordinates who seemed to be extremely unfriendly and biased from the very beginning.

Question 1
Their first question was about how I new their boss. One of them tried to provoke me by hinting that he would not mind if someone would replace him. Apparently, the main concern of the interviewers was not to allow new prospective candidates who could potentially substitute for them. Eventually, I recieved a dry answer saying they did not have opennings that would fit my qualifications.

Interview
Very professional, took 3 interviews before I got the job, it was a long process. Also, did a personality test of some sort. My first initial call was calling the company myself to see if my resume was received . Had an interview with 2 District managers, than a second interview with the district manager and his manager. The third interview was accepting the job. I also did a personality test on line.
