Santa Cruz Bicycles interview questions

Interviewed by three people. Inappropriate family questions asked at points. Some people seemed engaged and competent and others not at all. It was fairly easy to move through and HR was supportive throughout.

Interview was typical for software. Recruiter round, personality round with the team, then a final technical round. All reasonable experiences. My only complaint was that there were unnecessary people in attendance at the final technical round - like the recruiter.
