I applied online for Software Consultant position in Melbourne.
Next day I received an email to solve 3 programming tasks in 90 minutes online.
I solved those tasks and got an email to schedule time for phone interview.
It was 15 to 20 minutes interview, with questions just related to education and past work experience and skill level in Java, python and c#
