It was very simple and efficient process. I applied through a refferal. The first step is a Telephonic Interview in which they check your basic knowledge about the technology you opted. My interview was lasted for 40-45 minutes. If you are shortlisted then you will get a programming assignment on related technology. They will give you enough time to complete the assignment. Once completed with your assignment, you have to give a demo on Skype. They will review your programming standards, code optimization and your approach on Skype call followed by some technical questions regarding the assignment. If you clear this round also then you have to visit their Mumbai office for the final round and salary discussion. They will provide your travel expenses, food expenses as well. If you have completed all your round then you will get hired by them. According to my experience, the process was very efficient and they co-operate with candidates a lot. Due to some personal responsibilities, I could not join over there but I recommend the company to others.
Note : Even if your programming assignment has some bugs then they will help you to debug them as well as guide you about a better approach to accomplish the same.
