1 hour interview, non-formal which gave me the opportunity to really understand who I'd be working for on a day to day basis. I met with the two directors essentially in a pub, quick fire questions to determine my responses / ability to think quickly. Detailed what my role would entail & the challenges I might face in the first 6-12 months.
