Interview
The process took less than a month. These were the steps: 1. Home Test through Codility. The test was extremely simple, it had one question to write few CURD apis and second question to write tests for the given function. 2. 45 mins interview. It was partially technical, more focused on knowing about the candidate's background, interests and informing candidate about the specifics of the role and the product. There were some technical discussions in the call as well. 3. 60 mins technical interview. First half of the interview was covered by the backend related technical questions which also included system design, I was given a set of requirements and was asked to design a service, I was asked questions for the choice I made. Second half of the interview covered frontend related questions.

Question 1
For the backend questions were mostly related to databases, Spring and Java. For the frontend questions were related to Javascript (callback, async, events etc) and Reactjs.

- Technical Interview
Was asked to review code spot issues like useCallback usage, if else inside useEffect and potential code that could break.
Final Technical Interview 1:
This was a technical interview . There were 2 interviewers . They asked me to design api . The requirement was written in a very confusing way and the engineers instead of giving hints tried to trap me on confusing parts . When i give right answer the other interviewer give wrong answer and later said i was right ? i am not sure what was going on .
Then they ask me to code in react for the api without clear instructions of what they want to achieve . It was a total wastage of time . No wonder 52% of the interviews have negative interactions
