SciMed Solutions Ruby On Rails Developer interview questions

The interview process was very straight forward and non-intimidating. The initial interview was a one on one phone screening that included skill based questions and some problem solving questions. Afterward, I was invited to discuss my background and answer questions with the team followed by joining them for their weekly lunch. The interview portion consisted of a short programming exercise followed by some additional skill based questions on various topics related to software design and development. Overall, I though the interview process was very positive and professional.
