Multi-step interview process including a phone screen, round 1 interview, and round 2 interviews with different members of the local office and prominent members of other offices. Questions were centered around values and were largely situational and behavioral. Highly communicative and responsive throughout the process.

There was 1 initial phone screen with was about 15-30 minutes. Then there were two virtual interviews, about 45-60 min. Each virtual interview was with two senior employees/managers. I had a pleasant interview experience.

Interview
Apparently it’s a 3 interview process, didn’t make it past the 2nd interview. First one 30 minutes with the Director, second interview was with Team Leads. Had a feeling I wasn’t going to get it, but landing an interview gave me hope for the future. Leaving the classroom isn’t easy, not many jobs take the experience I have with teaching. The fact that Scoot gave me an opportunity gives me hope for the future.
