The interview process was quick and she asked if you have experience at a coffee place. Although I have many years experience with customer service and in management. I was not hired because I never worked at a coffee shop before. You must have experience making coffee or don't even apply.

Interview
First it was a call interview. After that, she had me go to a library for the 2nd. They asked basic interview questions. Both interviewers were very nice. They got to know me as a person, then got to know me professionally.
