They will let you do a video interview first. And after that they will schedule you a phone interview. After couple weeks, they will either give you an offer or let you know they choose someone else.

I had a webcam interview with a recruiter after an initial one-way webcam interview. It started off informal by telling me the benefits of the job, what kind of hours to expect, what my starting wage would be. They asked me various questions about my availability, previous sales experience, etc.
